When submitting an identification photograph, which will be used for ID Badges, please follow these guidelines:

1. No black/white or sepia photos. Photo must be in color.
2. Use a solid color wall or neutral background.
3. Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view. Focus on a clear shot from the shoulders up (half portrait).
4. No hats, sunglasses, headphones, wireless hands free devices, or shirts with logos.
5. Your full face must be visible and your head covering (if any), cannot obscure your hairline or cast shadows on your face.
6. Maintain a neutral expression with both eyes open.
7. Save photo as a .heic, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .tiff (preferably .jpg)
8. *** Do not submit your driver's license as your photo. It has a security film and cannot be used for your ID badge. ***
